What is the deadline of submitting the creative works?

The deadline of submittion is extended until 3rd April 12:00 GMT.

When can we know who get into the Live Final?

The result announcement of the Creative Round and Live Final participants nomination is on 8th April 14:00 GMT.

Scoring System

Concerning the scoring system because many of you were asking we would like to share with you the followings: taking into account the whole board game (so all 8 rounds) the score ratio of the different tasks are 40% quiz, 40% on-the-job and 20% logical game. Total 9000 points can be earned during the on-line board game. The value of each round differs slightly and we don’t intend to make the detailed maximum score of each round public.
We publish the ranking round by round at http://www.freshhh2009.net/ranking.php. These scores are also shown in the board and contain points that teams have collected in the previous rounds totally.

Individuals vs team?

'freshhh2009' is a team game which means that you give your answer as your team's decision.

How does the quiz work?

Your team is asked to answer different quiz questions. Please mind that there is no possibility to go back to a question or to change your answer. First click will be recorded if you are logged in with different e-mail addresses at the same time.

How does the on-the-job task work?

The question(s) appears on the screen of the notebook. Your team can answer it/them only once. But you can use the Close button if you don't have enough information to answer the question. Do not miss the chance to use the helping tools. Please mind that if you have a phone call you can only hear the information once!

How does the logical games work?

Your performance is evaluated by your points and/or the time needed for solving the task. You can play with the games as many times as you can and wish, your best score will be saved and awarded.

Who is it for?

The freshhh2009 competition is designed for university and college students. The tasks will focus on the oil and gas industry therefore it is advised to have practicality oriented members in the team.

How to start?

First, make up a team with two friend of yours and registry to freshhh 2009! The registration deadline is 4th March 2009 24:00 GMT.

Can we make up mixed team?

Yes of course, moreover, we encourage you to form mixed teams! The tasks will be various, so it is fine to have people with various specialization in your team.

What should I do if I haven't received invitation mail?

You should check your e-mailbox again with attention, including the spam folder. If you can not find the invitation, please write an e-mail to info@freshhh2009.net!
